The Merriam’s turkey is perfectly adapted to life on the prairie. Every spring we look forward to spending time at hunting camp chasing these beautiful birds out wide open spaces of Eastern Montana. With four days to hunt and as many tags to fill we wasted no time getting on birds. The action was fast and furious for the next four days!
