All reservations are subject to approval before they are officially booked. Your hunt is considered booked once we recieve a completed hunt contract packet and the required 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 15 days after the draw results are announced.
At this time we only except personal or cashier's checks payable to Anthony VonRuden LLC.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Due to the nature of our business deposits are non refundable.*** If for some reason, an emergency happens we will be happy to work with each hunter on a personal basis, more than likely ending in crediting the deposits already paid towards a hunt the following season. We highly encourage our clients get Trip Insurance, we suggest Travel Guard by AIG. They are competitively priced, and provide excellent customer service and coverage. This is simply to help you cover your investment if the unforeseeable happens. *** If a hunter fails to draw the primary tag for which the hunt was booked they will have the option of receiving a full refund or having their deposit moved to the following year. Doing so guarantees the price of the hunt should rates increase the following year.
